Otter POS just got even better. A more streamlined and intuitive user experience helps your staff punch in more orders with fewer taps. Items menus now appear beside each other. The new search feature is your shortcut to finding orders instantly. Plus, tips can now be entered after a payment is made.

Configure your POS better
Have greater control over your POS. Each of your brands and locations now has its own settings. Your organization-wide settings can be customized per brand and each brand can be configured per location. Manage device options such as logout times, tipping, and branding.

Promote all your mains or sides with category discounts. Easily set them up in the Marketing app of your Otter Dashboard to encourage upsells.
Update availability instantly
Square POS customers will now see their item availability updates in real time across delivery apps. Make sure your menu sync setting is turned on in Otter’s Menus app.
Get alerted when a menu fails to publish
Fix menu publishing issues more quickly with live alerts whenever an update fails to push through. Turn on this alert in the notifications tab of your Otter Dashboard’s settings.
