National Restaurant Association Show 2023
2023’s National Restaurant Association Show is kicking off this weekend in Chicago, and this year promises to be an exciting one. Among the roster of influential speakers, interactive sessions, and innovative exhibitions, Otter is making our debut at the event! Meet us at booth #6960 in the Tech Pavilion. Our Head of Product, Ankit Gupta, will also be participating in Sunday night’s panel hosted by Lightspeed.

The Sessions
We’re thrilled that three of this year’s eight educational tracks are dedicated to Off-Premise activity, Operations, and Technology. Restaurateurs looking to understand, adapt to, and succeed in the industry’s changing landscape will have plenty of sessions to choose from! They’ll also have access to a wealth of knowledge and experience imparted by the conference’s captivating roster of speakers. No need to worry about bland vending machine snacks – NRAS attendees from across the country will be showcasing their best products. Enjoy a “Taste of the States” at the conference’s North Building, or try cuisine from around the world in the Lakeside Centre’s Global Food Expo. While you’re there, be sure to sample the Beverage Room’s top shelf, and check out the South Pavilion’s Organic and Natural display.
