To obtain a liquor license in the state of Oklahoma, you need to follow a series of steps outlined by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission. The process involves registering an account online, selecting the type of license needed, and completing the application process. The cost varies depending on the type of license you are applying for.

After completing your login information and contact info, you will be directed to a new page. Click on “Login Now” and then on “ABLE”.
2. Select the Type of License Needed
- Purpose: Depending on your business needs, you will need to select the appropriate type of license. This could be a brewer license, a small brewer license, a distiller license, or a winemaker license, among others.
- Estimated Cost: The fees for the license vary depending on the type of license you are applying for. For example, a brewer license costs $1,250.00, a small brewer license costs $125.00, a distiller license costs $3,125.00, and a winemaker license costs $625.00.

If something is not accurate, you are able to edit any question at this time. Click “Continue” to proceed. Enter your credit card information and click on “Click to Complete”.
