The Hubster you know and love will be called Otter, and we want you to have all the info you need to make this change as seamless as possible.
- Your day-to-day will remain the same. All the same people, tools, processes & solutions — operating under a new brand name.
- You’ll see the name Otter in future communications like invoices, product updates and platform notifications.
- If any of your login or account information needs to change, you’ll be informed at least one month before the shift. We’ll be here to make it easy every step of the way.
