Delight customers with personalized service

Make your customers’ days by remembering their favorites. Otter POS users can now view their customers’ recent orders and add those items to their cart with one tap. Any add-ons and modifiers they select will also be included.

Make it easy to train your staff

Otter POS users now have access to a training mode that allows them to simulate all the steps in creating and fulfilling an order. Orders and payments made while in training mode will not impact their reports and will be deleted after exiting the mode.

Search menus by store faster

Menus now has two new filters to make searching and grouping faster. The location filter allows searches by brand and store ID while the publish status filter lets you sort by publish status.
