New and enhanced Order Manager

All Otter customers with Order Manager will now use the new and improved user experience by default. The upgrade makes the app faster and more user-friendly. New alert tones that are more distinct and unique are also included in the update.

Get reminded of store hours for holidays

Forgot to set your store hours for an upcoming holiday or special occasion? Don’t worry. Live Alerts can now notify you of missing store hours ahead of special days so you don’t rack up cancellations. Opt in via your Otter Dashboard.

Customize promotional discounts

Otter POS customers can now set up promo discounts based on a percentage of the item price or a fixed amount.

Update alcohol tags in bulk

Cut down the time needed to ensure your menus comply with local laws and delivery partner policies. Add alcohol tags to multiple items at once.
