NEW Handheld Mobile POS
The Mobile POS is a new handheld device that’s an extension of your Otter POS. It’s designed to provide restaurant operators with an efficient solution for managing orders and payments on the go. This handheld device allows staff to take orders or process payments directly at the table. Orders are sent to the kitchen seamlessly, improves order accuracy, and is ideal for fast-paced restaurant environments – including food trucks.
The new mobile POS has the same sleek look and feel of Otter POS, just in the palm of your hand.
See all your customer information in one place
The customers report in the Marketing app now has your POS customers’ data. Filter by fulfillment mode, brand, or location to target them better.
Configure franchisee menu permissions
More robust menu settings now allow franchise owners to set edit permissions for each type of menu data. Permissions include pricing updates, item assignment, and more. Head to the settings page of the Menus app to change these.
