Bringing handcrafted burgers to Banstead
Back in 2020, Sana Zehra was thinking about how to cheer people up after the pandemic and resorted to what she does best: experimenting with flavours and ingredients. “I always had a passion to cook flavoursome food and treat my guests and this same tradition has been taken forward at The Burger Club: we treat customers like our own guests," says Sana.
The Burger Club does not use frozen products and the meat and vegetables are delivered daily. “Our restaurant is a passionate tribute to the art of burger making. Where every ingredient is fresh and full of flavours to give you an extraordinary dine-in experience.”
Streamlining delivery across different platforms
The Burger Club's commitment to quality extends not only to the cuisine, but also to the intricacies of the delivery process. Operating on major platforms such as Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats, the restaurant faced a significant hurdle — the lack of integration between these services.
“We were working with Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats, but the apps were not integrated," admits Sana. “We were facing challenges in terms of streamlining our deliveries.”
The absence of a delivery system prompted the restaurant to look for integration tools to optimise its operations. An initial attempt at integration with another company fell short, both in terms of performance and support. The Burger Club recognised the need for a reliable solution and turned to Otter.
Otter as a solution to operational challenges

This means no more switching between tablets, multitasking errors, or missing orders. “Since we joined Otter, it has streamlined our food delivery operations, resulting in us getting more orders faster,” explains Sana.
A standout feature for The Burger Club is Otter's Menu Management solution. Being present in multiple platforms, Menu Manager allows the restaurant to update its menu wherever customers can access it, keeping everything up to date. Any changes to the menu are pushed to all platforms, ensuring consistency and allowing customers to order with confidence.
Exploring new sales channels
Always looking to evolve, The Burger Club also set up its own sales channel, a section on its website where guests can order and collect directly from the restaurant without any intermediaries.
