- Instructions: At least one on-site Nationally Certified Food Manager (CFM) is required if they prepare, handle, or serve unpackaged food. The CFM must pass an American National Standards Institute – Council for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP) accredited Food Managers Certification Examination. Classes are offered at various locations including the Oklahoma Restaurant Association, Francis Tuttle, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. You can also choose to obtain your training online.
3. Undergo Food Service Training from an Approved Source
- Purpose: This training should be obtained prior to or within three months of assuming primary responsibilities for food preparation.
