The first is through the Tennessee Food Handler Training course offered by Userve, an ANAB-Accredited course designed for food handlers, kitchen staff, and restaurant workers. The second option is through the Metro Health Department or the ServSafe Online Course and Assessment. Both options require successful completion of a course and an exam.
