If you plan to operate in Bismarck, you will also need a food license from the Bismarck’s Environmental Health Division.

- How to Register: If you are constructing a new food truck, remodeling an existing one, or converting an existing structure to use as a food truck, you must submit properly prepared plans and specifications for such construction, remodeling, or conversion to the department for review and approval before beginning the work.
