New in this release:
- Make it easier for customers to find you! Online Ordering now displays all your locations, so customers can order directly from the one closest to them. Improve their experience so they’ll come back for more!
- Stay on-budget and on-time with updated promos. You now have more flexibility in Marketing to configure promotion times, schedule campaigns, and set spend limits.
- Increased menu visibility and tracking capabilities. The updated Menu Activity log now tells you when menu changes were made and by who in a single view.
- Show off your food with high-quality menu photos. Otter now automatically resizes your photos to meet delivery app requirements, helping you boost orders and customers.
- Live Alerts for Canceled Orders. New alerts notify you if more than three orders have been canceled, so you can resolve issues immediately and keep your stores online.
- Customize your workflow in Order Manager. Choose when orders get removed from your queue, and make the most of your team’s capacity.
